So, If ''Joe'' The house builder. Buys the property. and wants to build condo's on April 15th. How long? Do, I have to remove my camper? Will, We get a refund on our seasonal site?   March 5 TIM THE TOOL MAN.the cottages are the same as a park model They all have wheels and axle under them.When Tim and Slug make new Sites or fix old sites Tim removed the top soil then he puts down gravel and we compact the sites and they are ready for PARK MODELS TRAVEL TRAILERS AND MOTOR HOMES.if there is mud on the sites it's on the lawn from people driving on them.PS don't forget it's camping you can call it what you like,like a RESORT but it's still a campground. on Hey wait a minute!   Wow why would you stay if you dislike it so much ??? Are you just someone who would just bit** and moan no matter what they did ? Nice way to bash Tim, the poor guy doesn't deserve it. I have been a seasonal for 11 years and with out Tim the place would be alot worse off than it is now. He cares and can only do what he can with the measly funds provided. So why don't you do us all a favor and pack up and get out. No one wants your negativity in the park, not the people who care about it anyway. These low life dirt bags think they can steal from the working class but found out that a well placed letter to the NY attorney generals office as well as the federal trade commission and like magic your deposits reappear. Dirty pool water with duct tape holding the swimming pool liner together and the cement protruding though the dirt in all the playgrounds are a real attraction at wild acres in OOB Maine. The place is a dump and getting worse every year! Cottages placed on cement blocks with muddy unprepared ground shows the lack of construction knowledge by Tim the tool man. I feel sorry for those left at the campgrounds owned by these clowns. Management shares the Cool-Aid and believes the lies.   2. Here's some old info, still intresting though. Here are the parks associated with Morgan's $75.5mil note. It didn't paste here so well, but the 1st value listed is the amount of the mortgage that was allocated to that park. The 2nd number is the appraised value back in 2006. Three of these parks are already owned by Sun Communites. I know 3 more are in initial auction process, NH, WI, NC.

  5. In reading this blog from wild acres in OOB, I have been camping for many years and have experienced resorts nationwide. The title “Unhappy Camper” should be just that, a chance for an unhappy camper to vent. But in reading these responses it appears that isn’t true. It’s too bad this site doesn’t allow for that. We shouldn’t try to sensor what is written but allow for free speech.
